Items that have been personalized, customized, or made to order are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to verify their condition. We will notify you via email within 3-5 business days regarding whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.

International Shipping and Returns

We proudly offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Please be aware that international returns may take longer to process than domestic returns due to additional customs clearance and international shipping times. Customers outside the domestic region are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Additionally, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are your responsibility and cannot be refunded by us. We encourage international customers to familiarize themselves with their local customs regulations before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to package and send back the items. Ensure that all accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included in your return shipment to avoid delays or rejection of the return. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to get a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
